To play a SVCD on Mac OS X, you can use
- Mireth Technology’s MacVCD X + Apple Quicktime MPEG-2 Playback component
- Apple Quicktime MPEG-2 Playback component available from Apple’s Web Site
Whether an XSVCD will play on Mac OS X depends on the XSVCD. If it doesn't play, try another player. To play a XSVCD on an Mac OS X, you can use
- Apple's Quicktime Player + Apple Quicktime MPEG-2 Playback component
(note: Quicktime Player doesn't play XSVCD on all versions of OS X)
