Use this procedure to burn a WMA, AAC, WAV or Ogg to CD.
- When recording with any of these digital music format to CD, you can get approximately 10 hours of music on a CD.
- A hybrid CD is one on which you have burned music files in more than one music format (e.g. both MP3 and WMA). If your played does not support both formats, it may simply skip over the songs in the format it doesn't recognize

- Money Saving Tip: Test with a CD-RW to make sure the music fits and that the CD is the way you want it. Once the CD-RW is correct, then burn the final project to a CD-R. You can then erase the CD-RW and use it again as a master for your next project.
- Stress Saving Tip: If you're going to play your MP3 CD (or WMA CD, etc.) on other hardware, especially if you are responsible for bringing all the music to your brother's wedding or some other important occasion, READ THIS CAREFULLY.
Not all CD players will play MP3 CD, especially the older ones. In addition, not all CD players will play CD-Rs or CD-RWs. That's because although they all look the same to you, they're not all the same to the hardware. Make a test CD-R or CD-RW with just a few songs on it, and get it to play on the target hardware to verify it will play BEFORE ALL THE GUESTS ARRIVE. Once you've got it working, then continue with your project.
(I've been to a wedding reception where the MP3 CDs were NOT TESTED at the hall before the reception began, and the DJ ended up playing the one CD that would play all night long. Don't let this happen to you. 8-) )
