Upgrade Policy

  • We offer free updates as new features are added to within a product version (i.e. dot releases, like 4.7 to 4.8, are free updates).
    This policy allows our customers to take advantage of new features without having to pay for each new feature release.

  • We offer upgrade pricing to our customers to when a major upgrade is introduced (i.e. from version 4.4 to 5.0).


To get an Update/Upgrade:

  1. Is there an update/upgrade available?

  2. Download the new software
  3. Purchase the upgrade, if required

  4. To install, follow the upgrade instructions in the Read Me shipped with the software

How to Purchase an Upgrade

    To upgrade, you may:

    • For your discount coupon, contact support

    • Use the Integrated upgrade mechanism included in the software (not currently available for all products)

    • If the Upgrade Button is not in your software, contact support with proof of purchase (current Serial Number or date of sale and email addres of sale) for your discount coupon



    Using the integrated upgrade mechanism (not available for all products)
    This is the fastest way of buying an upgrade since it automatically confirms that you are a registered user and enters your new key for you. Please follow these instructions:
    1. If you haven't already done so, download the archive for the product and de-compress it. (For help, see the Download FAQ.)

    2. Confirm that you are a registered user by entering your original Serial Number/Registration Key into the Registration Dialog. (For help, see the Read me file supplied in the documentation folder.) Once the program has verified that you have a valid key, it will display the Upgrade Registration Dialog Box.
    3. To upgrade immediately online, click the Buy Now button. The integrated upgrade mechanism will connect you to the store, process your order using the special upgrade price and register your purchase with your new Registration Key/Serial Number automatically. Once your order is processed, you will be able to use your new software immediately.
